Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:
- Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
- Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
- Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
- Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
- Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other departments
Qualifications
*Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field.*Must be currently licensed in the state of Utah.*Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to prioritize time and responsibilities, and maintain accurate and prompt documentation in medical records system.*Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.*Must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check.
Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience and license + $5,000 Sign on Bonus
