THE JOB
This is a The Electrical Engineering Lead position and requires someone who has experience in Industrial Electrical Power systems. As a The Electrical Engineering Lead your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Establish accident prevention measures.
Schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production.
Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output.
Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate The Electrical Engineering Lead who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal The Electrical Engineering Lead
would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
Experience with predictive technologies (MCA, vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication).
Experience with electrical power equipment testing (NETA).
Basic understanding of National Electric Code (NEC), IEC standards and ISA standards.
Experience with Corn Milling, Oil and Gas, or Petro Chemical equipment and processes.
Electrical Power Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT pursuing a Professional Engineer license.
