Every practice is unique and has its own personality. We have been fortunate to have a 80 year history of a truly relationship based practice with a foundation based on patient centric communication and collaboration. In the past 7 years that I have led the practice, on top of that foundation, we have also incorporated advanced training and technology to produce practical and predictable outcomes that suit the specific needs of each individual patient. We do this in each individual department (and have incorporated amazing treatment modalities in our hygiene department) but really we do it as a team.
