Testing Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Testing Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Participate in business requirements walkthrough, Analyze business requirements and work closely with project team, business partners to arrive at an optimal technical solution design and to create impact analysis, data mapping, test strategy documents. Estimate efforts and resources required for completing the business requirements; Develop/Code, and unit test complex Automation software modules based on the technical design using programming languages and tools; System and Data Analysis in Mainframe, Abinitio, IBM MDM, Databases, files and provide solution to Automate the end-to-end testing; Design manual and Automated Test cases that cover data ingestion from AWS S3 to EMR to MDM hub to elastic search. Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for quicken results, streamlining process for optimizing data delivery and automating manual process; Collaborate with programmers to design, implement and estimate the features. Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to the team and understand new technology, tools and product to conduct proof of concepts for the use cases in the core banking system for automation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Data Quality Engineer, Principal Consultant, or related position leading a team of Data Quality Engineers. 5 years of experience must include: Master Data Management; IBM Infosphere MDM/Informatica MDM/Cloud MDM; Cloud Technologies: Amazon Web services/ Microsoft Azure; Database knowledge: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Snowflake Data Cloud; ETL Testing, developing and using SQL queries; MDM implementation and Data Migration projects; Data Analysis, Data Governance and Data Quality; Test Methodologies and Test Management tools JIRA, RALLY, ALM; API Automation experience with SoapUI/JMeter/Postman; APIs and Microservices: Soap and Restful APIs along with Postman, SoapUI, JMeter tools; and Scrum Master certification.
