Testing Specialist (ServiceNow) – US Citizen - Remote

GovFirst is assisting our client with recruiting an experienced tester to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in computer software development, specializing in software testing, including using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, from designing and executing IT software tests to analyzing internal system security. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical approach to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Eligible and willing to get an IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting software testing, including integration and acceptance phases.

· Designing and executing IT software tests.

· Evaluating test results for compliance with applicable regulations.

· Preparing detailed test scripts and comprehensive test documentation.

· Designing and preparing necessary test data for effective testing.

· Analyzing internal security measures within the systems under test.

· Reviewing and assessing test results for adherence to the original design specifications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of software testing experience
  
• ServiceNow automated test framework experience
  
• Must hold IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.
  
• Should possess a relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  
• Capable of designing and executing IT software tests and evaluating results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  
• Ability to prepare test scripts and all required test documentation.
  
• Ability to design and prepare all needed test data, analyze internal security within system.
  
• Ability to review test results and evaluate conformance to design.
