Job Title:Test Management Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Management Specialist to lead our organization's Test Management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Test Management framework, policies, and procedures. The Test Management Specialist will collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Test Management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to define test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Develop and maintain test metrics and reports to provide visibility into test coverage and defects.
Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve Test Management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and mentor a team of Test Specialists.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate testing coverage and alignment with project goals and objectives.
Ensure the appropriate use of testing tools and technologies to optimize the testing process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Test Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
Experience with test automation tools and technologies.
