Job Summary
- Prepares used networking equipment used in telecommunications for resale.
General Accountabilities
- Uses testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error retests, or usability.
- Identifies, analyzes, and documents problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
- Documents and reports physical defects of equipment.
- Repairs minor physical defects of equipment.
- Monitors bug resolution efforts and tracks successes.
- Plans test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope.
- Reviews software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Investigates customer problems referred by sales associates.
- Installs, maintains, or uses software testing programs.
- Provides feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Monitors program performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Conducts software compatibility tests.

Job Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Entry Level, Some experience with networking equipment a plus
