• BA/BS degree and up to 3 years of related experience in educational psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, testing, psychometrics, or instructional media/technology.
• Completed a minimum of 3 courses in Information Engineering & Business Process Reengineering Methodologies such as Activity Based Costing, IDEF Modeling, Facilitation

• Applies business process improvement practices to reengineer methodologies/principles and business process modernization projects.
• Applies, as appropriate, activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods and performance measurement techniques.
• Designs and develops tests and test requirements for products, systems, software, and/or related components.

• Active DOD Secret clearance
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in analysis and assessment as well as the use and application of related off-the-shelf tools.
• Work remotely.
• Business/functional experience, to support the business modeling.
• Experience performing analysis projects or specialized in the implementation of information engineering projects using IE tools and methods.
• Experience with Logistics/Transportation systems
• Experience using automated test products (Test Complete).

The likely salary range for this position is $52,603 - $87,859. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
