Position Title: Test Documentation Specialist (This is a contingent requirement.)
Position Locations: Quantico/Stafford, VA
Position Requirements/Primary Responsibilities:
The Test Documentation Specialist willsupport the development of Test Documentation across the Marine Corps systems and equipment acquisition lifecycle. Duties include:
- assist with the development of T&E documents including test strategies, test concepts, test plans and test reports for developmental, integrated, and operational testing.
- assist with the coordination of T&E meetings and develop briefing materials at the working and senior executive level.
- assist with the development of meeting minutes for all meetings hosted by MCSC T&E.
- document the schedule for training, management of workforce data, and interact with multiple agency representatives for the T&E workforce.
- assist with the assessment and update the T&E SharePoint content (policy, test data, best practices, information, training schedule, and MCSC T&E schedule).
- assist with research and compile task management material T&E and document tasks generated during management meetings.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of related documentation development, technical editing, and quality assurance experience.
- Years of experience – 1-5 years of related documentation development, technical editing, and quality assurance experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Possess knowledge of the acquisition processes and policies as outlined in the DoD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAVINST 5000.2.
- Possess an ability to work independently and synchronizing tasks with cross‐functional teams.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing and analytical skills to effectively interact both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Secret Clearance Required
Salary Range - $55,000 to $75,000
