Stratus Building Solutions is looking for a sales representative to handle outside business-to-
business sales for a fast-growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company that is
applying professional approaches to our industry.

Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, and communicator.

Responsibilities:
Solicitation and qualification of sales appointments.
Keeping current daily records of contact to maintain a solicitation record and for re-
solicitation.
Maintain and recommend updates of materials and registers used in the identification and
solicitation of clients.
Familiarity with Hubspot CRM
Works with the assigned Business Development Representative and/or Regional Director in
meeting appointment objectives and maintains a system to trade performance against
objectives.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Competitive Base Pay plus:
Base Salary - $75k-$100k/year.
Plus Monthly Commissions.
Vacation, Holiday & Sick time after 90days.
