HYBRID Territory Sales Representative
Location: Akron, OH - Work-from-home options
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE: $80-85K, 2nd yr.: $100K+) + Benefits

HYBRID Territory Sales Representative Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to add to their rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive new business while maintaining positive relationships with a strong existing client base in your designated territory. You will spend up to one week per month traveling throughout your territory to grow and cultivate client relationships. Upon your return, you will have the option to work from your home office for the next week as our client understands the importance of recharging and ensuring work/life balance is maintained. When not traveling or working from home, you will spend up to one week per month working out of the Akron headquarters to ensure that you’re up to date on the technicalities of the product line offerings. Our client is looking for an individual with a hunter mentality who can independently produce and achieve success with minimal supervision and guidance. To be successful in this role, you should be capable of speaking to your sales success which has been demonstrated by meeting or exceeding sales quotas coupled with your “go-getter” mindset. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and manage your own territory with complete autonomy to control and own your success.
Note: This position requires up to 25% domestic travel in your designated territory.
HYBRID Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Promote and sell all products and services to existing and new clients
• Prospect new opportunities to develop leads
• Resolve client issues to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets within a required timeline
• Coordinate sales targets and goals with sales manager
• Analyze territory needs and requirements
• Nurture and upsell to the established client base
HYBRID Territory Sales Representative Qualifications
• Outside B2B sales experience required
• Manufacturing or industrial experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
• Ability to travel locally up to 25% domestically required
