As a manager, your duties will encompass the development of sales strategies, the creation of engaging training materials for teams, and the oversight of in-office operations. This client-centric role involves managing existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting products or services, and resolving issues through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication within teams
- Engage in daily face-to-face interactions with customers
- Spearhead marketing and sales campaigns
- Provide solutions-oriented approaches
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+
- Some college education preferred
- Marketing experience is a plus
