General Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for maximizing profitable sales growth within assigned geographies and accounts. Results are achieved by leading, developing and executing agreed upon sales and marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal (and annual) sales and marketing plans to support KEEN brand initiatives and maximize growth opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
- Partner with Product and Brand Marketing to bring successful new products and initiatives to the US market on a seasonal basis. Proactively manage progression of product line throughout each season.
- Lead seasonal product assortment planning by account and channel.
- Maintain Marketing Budget.
- Maintain T&E Budget.
- Be the "voice" of account activity (sell-in, sell-through, operations and marketing) to internal partners.
- Analyze and manage product sell through, inventory levels and account metrics/ expectations by key account and sales rep
- Establish effective relationships with key decision makers and business partners (internal and external).
- Lead seasonal forecasting by agency, rep and key account.
- Monitor competitor's activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
- Establish rolling three-year long-range plan for defined region and key accounts.
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and plans for defined regions.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows and quarterly internal sales team meetings.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
- BS or BA degree required.
- 5+ years Sales and Account Management experience or similar background (with casual Footwear and Apparel a plus).
- Exceptional product and merchandising skills.
- Working knowledge of industry and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in retail math (ie; sales, margin, turn, etc…).
- Results oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of energy, initiative and professionalism.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial.
- Must be proficient on MS office suite and be experienced with video conferencing software

Base Salary: $68,250.00 - $79,008.00 yearly
Total Compensation is Base Salary plus Commission. Total Compensation is $136,500.00 - $158,016.00.
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
