MULTIPLE POSITIONS
TEMPORARY PART-TIME SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHERS
Distict Elementary Schools - Exact Location to be Determined
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position is temporary, 7 hours/day with *8 hours dedicated to lesson preparation and program design before Summer School program begins, 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs), 8:00 AM-3:00 PM beginning July 8, 2024 through August 1, 2024.

REPORTS TO: Title III/Migrant Ed Coordinator/ Asst. Superintendent of Teaching and Learning
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide mathematics and reading instruction to elementary students in grades kindergarten - 5th grade.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Oregon Teaching License.
- Physical demands needed: ability to communicate with students, co-workers, and the public; ability to communicate over the telephone; ability to respond to telephone, bells, students, co-workers, etc.; ability to respond to classroom disturbances, visual cues, student requests, etc.; ability to operate office equipment; ability to carry or lift light loads (25 lbs).
- Experience working in and/or coordinating Summer School programs.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Special Education Teacher
