Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the President is aware of his busy daily calendar of appointments and stays on schedule during the day.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the office, provide reception, process mail, submit work orders, organize and order supplies, manage filing (hard and digital files) and respond to, and resolve inquiries.
- Provide support as needed for another member of the President’s staff.
- Complete various projects and other duties and requests as assigned.
This position is located on-campus in Middletown, CT
This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible position.
Hours are M-F , 8:30 am -5:00 pm with an hour lunch.
Previous experience in higher education.
Previous c-level experience.
Wesleyan University requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if eligible under CDC guidelines) or an approved exemption prior to first day of employment.
