Temporary Administrative Assistant
CFA is looking for an outgoing, experienced, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TemporaryAdministrative Assistant. This position will support our Human Resources Department during a team member’s maternity leave beginning in early March and lasting through mid-June. This is a high energy, fast-paced position that requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and database management is a must.
Hours: 25-40 hrs/wk M-F between the hours of 8:30-4:30
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Phone coverage for Human Resources and C-Level offices
· Employee database and paper record maintenance
· General administrative support for site staff
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the administrative offices
