Temp Receptionist (Tax Firm) - Start ASAP!

We are looking for a Seasonal Receptionist to help out during our busy season! (Start 2/5 or 2/15 through 4/15)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Complete occasional filing and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as required.
• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment by developing and maintaining a receptive, open, and approachable line of communication with clients and staff
• Handling various forms of mail (paper, email, overnight express, fax)
• Collecting payment and processing payment on merchant machine

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of office experience required!
• High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous experience interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer skills - printing and scanning
• Follow procedure books
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $20/hr
• Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5pm (some flexibility, 8 hour days).
• Location: Stillwater , 100% onsite
• Type: Temporary (Start 2/5 or 2/15 through 4/15) - could go a couple weeks longer depending on demand.
