Description:
?Set up portal registrations
?Assist with order entry
?Complete CS support requests
?Assist with filtering the CS Inbox
?Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager
?Answer CS call queue
? In this role we are looking for someone that has a strong presence on the phone.
Hours: 8:30-5 Monday-Friday, on-site
Rate: $22 - 26/hour
Qualifications:
*Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required
*Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred
*Strong attention to detail
*Punctual and reliable
*Professional and courteous demeanor
