SalaryOur company is looking for a Temporary Accounting Clerk to join the corporate team and oversee the daily accounting operations for its multiple locations. This opening is a great opportunity for those who enjoy accounting.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Credit card reconciliation
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise and be able to generate reports
- Review and process billing in accordance with client agreements
- Performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts.
- Professionally answer and properly route incoming phone calls and take messages effectively.
- Monitor all vendor calls and address all issues concerning Accounts Payable
- Close out accounting files for the calendar year and create new files with new labels
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Assisting with other accounting related duties.
Required experience:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in Accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Applications - A MUST
- Basic knowledge of Accounting best practices
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must have excellent grammar, spelling and writing skills (English)
- Must speak, read and write English proficiently. Spanish a plus.
- Self-Starter and able to be on task without daily supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
