SalaryClarity Credit Union is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Full Time Teller at our Nampa Branch. The successful candidate will provide excellent banking service to members in a professional and courteous manner maintain an understanding of our products and services, accurately and efficiently process transactions and fully comply with company and departmental policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service
- Communicate professionally with all members and colleagues
- Uphold understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures
- Prioritize demands
- Process financial transactions promptly and accurately
- Strictly adhere to policies and procedures
Skills
- Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- 2+ years' experience as a teller or within banking environment preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers
- Must be bondable
