SalaryOrthoTennessee is hiring a Telephone Triage Specialist for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling to join our MRI team at our Weisgarber Knoxville Orthopedic Office in West Knoxville. This Telephone Triage Specialist role will be responsible for answering and processing patients phone calls, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, schedule patient appointments, and various clerical duties as needed. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
