Business Development Representatives

We are looking to grow our already successful customer service Business Development Center. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive BDC management experience, or for someone with other customer service/telephone experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answer all incoming sales calls

- Respond to and follow up all internet leads in a timely manner

- Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers

- Responsible for assuring customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for growing year over year customer retention and market share

Other Duties/Requirements:

- Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.

- Ability to encourage customers to schedule appointments.

- Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills a plus.

- Determination to effectively follow-up with customers.

- Dependable Basic knowledge of computers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Previous customer service or related experience preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role a plus
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Excellent telephone skills
• Must be highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
