Hiring Telehealth Remote Therapy Providers $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Cava Wellness Telehealth is seeking experienced talk therapy providers to join our remote fast growing
multi-state psychotherapy private practice. We specialize in adult individual & couple talk therapy
services remotely. We currently operate in Florida, Delaware, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio,
Virginia, Maryland, New Hampshire, DC, and Connecticut. Our private practice handles all of our
therapy providers administrative tasks, including billing, credentialing, client scheduling, and we
provide client leads if desired due to the growing demand for our teletherapy services nationwide.
● Partner Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging talk therapy sessions with individuals and/or couples adhering to all
state healthcare guidelines and company procedures in a virtual setting.
- Securely document required client progress notes in our online HIPAA compliant
record system after each therapy session.
- Conduct initial individual and/or couples psychotherapy intake sessions and establish
effective treatment plans in compliance with state and company established standards
of care.
- Attend remote monthly paid staff meetings to stay up to date on our technology
improvements, company incentives, and mental health learning opportunities.

● Full-Time Therapy Providers Incentives & Benefits:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to qualified
new full-time therapy providers joining our telehealth private practice.
- Competitive Pay & Flexibility: $80.00 flat rate per 50 minute therapy session
through our telehealth platform. Our providers get the flexibility of creating their own
work schedule. There is also no minimum caseload providers are required to carry

development opportunities to enhance clinical skills
- 14 Days of Paid Time Off (PTO): We take work-life balance seriously at Cava
Wellness. Our full-time therapy providers receive 14 days of paid time off annually
- $750 Monthly Healthcare Stipend: Full-time providers get a monthly health &
wellness stipend to be used at their discretion to assist with their health care expenses

● Cava Wellness Partner Therapist Qualifications:
- Hold an active, independent US state board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW,
LMFT, LPCC, PhD in Clinical Psychology, etc.) in one or more of the states we
operate in: Florida, Delaware, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland,
New Hampshire, District of Columbia (DC), and Connecticut.
- Carry or have the ability to get an individual professional malpractice liability
insurance policy (This expense is reimbursed for full-time therapy providers).
- Experience delivering mental health services to clients in a remote setting.
- Individual NPI number.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for video therapy sessions through our
platform.
- Ability to Pass Background Check.
