SalaryLivWell Clinic is a lifestyle medicine company looking for a highly skilled, passionate, and energetic Nurse Practitioner who is interested in joining a startup lifestyle medicine company. This is a 1099 contractor position that pays $25 per visit and will focus initially on weight loss.
LivWell focuses on lifestyle and functional medicine with plans to establish brick-and-mortar clinics to supplement it's virtual care offering. We're an early stage company with big plans to establish a leading brand focused on helping people live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Requirements:
- At least one state license in FL, PA, or PR.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Primary Care, Lifestyle Medicine, Functional, or hospital setting
- Comfort prescribing compounded medications using evidenced based medicine
- Comfort prescribing weight loss medications, including FDA approved and compounded forms
- Excellent clinical expertise
- A passion for human-centered whole-person care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Ability to use technology with little to no assistance to deliver high-quality care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is a 1099 Contractor position.
