We are currently seeking an experienced Telecommunications Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating construction projects, cost estimation, and supplying scope of work documents for the team. Your responsibilities will extend to developing a plan of action for jobs assigned, ensuring quality control, and closeout documentation is correct. Role responsibilities:

●      Coordinate and support the execution of Telecommunications Construction projects.

●      Perform construction Rideout's to assess project sites and provide valuable insights for effective project planning.

●      Create comprehensive scope of work documentation for the construction team based on ride out assessments.

●      Supply accurate cost estimates for Telecommunications Construction projects.

●      Collaborate with the construction and project coordination team to ensure precise project cost reporting.

●      Possess an understanding of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) design standards.

●      Interpret design prints and ensure construction activities align with established design standards.

●      QC job design prior to issuing to contractors to assure the job is correct.

●      Continuously monitor construction jobs during the pre construction period.

●      Perform QC on completed jobs and verify as-builts.

●      Perform QC on vendor completed work and invoices to confirm proper billing.

●      Project Build Quality Assurance/Control.

●      Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, & reports.

●      Ensure accurate and timely submission of all necessary paperwork and documentation.

●      Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

●      Communicate with Contractors, client Internal Departments, and all other parties involved to ensure timely project completion.

●      Review and Approve Contractor Invoicing.

Requirements:

●      Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator in the telecommunications industry.

●      Experience with MS Office & Google workspace products.

●      Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

●      Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.

●      Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and best practices.

●      Ability to adapt to changing project demands and maintain flexibility.

●      Strong problem-solving skills.

●      Punctuality and a strong work ethic to ensure project timelines are met.

●      Ability to work with minimal supervision.

●      High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.

●      Valid driver's license.
