Commercial Construction Bid / Estimating Or Proposal Coordinator

Trimbuilt is looking for a Bid/Estimating or Proposal Coordinator to join their team!

**Salary is negotiable based upon experience**

Skills and responsibilities should include but not be limited to ( Estimating/Bid coordinator )

Helping support Estimating dept including all communication and coordination with sub contractors

Plan reading / ability to build a trades list from a set of plans

Ability to scope sub bids and match it with the plans

Project startup packets

Willingness to update and streamline our current bid list and level board

Ability to be able to call sub contactors and go through scope with them for pricing adjustments as needed

Daily check of all of our public websites we get some of our work from and ability to find relatable projects for us to bid

Willingness to update and keep track of all of our sub contractors and constantly be checking contact information and both our bid list and Building Connected list of subs

Skills and responsibilities should include but not be limited to ( Proposal Coordinator )

Assists marketing Director in presentation preparation including formatting, content procurements and edits.

Attends interview prep meetings as support to marketing and proposal processes.

Support in market research efforts.

Collaborates with teams on proposal production.

Ensure compliance with proposal documents, including proposal schedules and outlines

Review and prepare responses to incoming RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.

Assist with editing and quality control for assigned proposals.

Coordinate resume updates for team.

Assists with the creation of project deliverables – e.g. project report layout & editing - as needed.

Coordinate final submission of documents, whether print or electronic.

Efficient time management practices.

Proactive organization skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
