Telecaller

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships over the phone, we want to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or technology sales
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively navigate and utilize sales software and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in outbound calling or warm calling is preferred
- Knowledge of market trends and competition is a plus
