Telecaller

Job Summary:

As a Telecaller at Wooiewin Technology Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and providing information about our IT and gaming products and services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our brand image through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or through leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Introduce and explain the features and benefits of Wooiewin Technology's IT solutions and gaming products.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to create interest in our offerings.
• Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and tailor our solutions accordingly.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely conversion into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, including details of conversations, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position Wooiewin Technology's offerings in the market.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the IT or gaming industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining records and tracking progress.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
