Looking for Java full Stack Trainer, onsite opportunity in Sterling, Virginia.
Job Description
1. Provide mentorship and guidance, ensuring students are industry-ready and equipped with the necessary Java skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
2. Conduct training sessions on Java programming. Create and deliver engaging and interactive training modules. Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
3. Creating and delivering high-quality training materials, including presentations, demos, and hands-on exercises.
4. Collaborating with clients to understand their training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
5. Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and making improvements where necessary.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java Full Stack development.
7. Providing guidance and mentoring to trainees to help them achieve their learning objectives.
8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Experience in delivering training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, as required.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/ReactJS.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
