Role: Technology Lead - GIS/ESRI
Duration:Full TIme
Location: Rosemead, CA
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in working with ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server and SDE on Oracle
At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net
At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services
At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Analytical skills
Experience in Utilities domain
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
