Lead Equipment Maintenance Technician, North Paint

 The successful candidate will have experience in all facets of maintenance in a Paint Production shop. The Lead Equipment Maintenance Technician will support leadership with sustaining production equipment as well as new model and/or new equipment introductions as required. This person must be able to build upon previous successes and take our Paint Maintenance Team to the next level. He/she must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect paint quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics and  Equipment Maintenance. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent.

• 3+ years of extensive experience with troubleshooting and correcting industrial equipment maintenance breakdowns and failures
• Robotic and controls skills
• Maintenance experience in a Paint shop
• Proficient in Downtime reports and daily pass down reports
• Open minded, highly flexible, positive attitude
• Good overall people management skills
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
