Technician
Key Role:
Assemble and fabricate electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment. Operate mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling. Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and practical application of the general and specific technical aspects of the job to complete varied and complex work. Make recommendations for new procedures. Work independently within established procedures and practices. Lead tasks and informally mentor others.
Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly or fabrication in academic or professional work environments
• Ability to follow drawings, prints, or manufacturing documentation to complete the assembly or fabrication of electrical or mechanical parts
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
