We're looking for a Technician II Quality Control Field to join our team and help connect America.
- Performs Quality Control checks in the field with our Fiber technicians.
- Select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
- Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per
clients. - Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
- Complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and
- Ablility to investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
- Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
- Perform a ride-along with a field technician to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.
- Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.
- Provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.
- Perform and record onsite field safety audits on our technicians
- Ablility to troubleshoot difficult Installs, Repairs, and upgrades and proficiently guide/grade technicians on quality performance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficient in using fiber equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Proficient in Fiber QA standards, Installs, Upgrades, and repairs.
- High attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities.
- Work in a fast paced time sensitive environment.
- Former supervisory experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience and a good driving record.
