We're looking for a Technician II Quality Control Field to join our team and help connect America.

• Performs Quality Control checks in the field with our Fiber technicians.
• Select audits by working with operations supervisors, managers, and Field Check partners to prevent potential damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per
  clients.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
• Complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and
• Ablility to investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
• Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians.
• Perform a ride-along with a field technician to inspect jobs and make corrections to meet job specifications.
• Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages.
• Provide witness testimony in small claims and litigated cases when necessary.
• Perform and record onsite field safety audits on our technicians
• Ablility to troubleshoot difficult Installs, Repairs, and upgrades and proficiently guide/grade technicians on quality performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient in using fiber equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Proficient in Fiber QA standards, Installs, Upgrades, and repairs.
• High attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities.
• Work in a fast paced time sensitive environment.
• Former supervisory experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience and a good driving record.
