To continue to meet our customer’s mission critical needs, PDC is seeking a Electronics Technician to join our respected and valued team.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a department of state or commercial license.

The salary range for this role is $30-$36 hourly

The role is 100% on-site in our Poway, CA office.

Essential Functions:

• Perform a variety of complex assembly and test operations under a microscope with little or no supervision. Perform die bonding, wire bonding, electrical test using automated test equipment, visual inspection of completed microcircuits, and various environmental tests.
• Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operations and proper procedures.
• Assist in meeting department production goals.
• The ability to read and follow written procedures and maintain accurate log and report entries. Work in a clean room environment, cross train for various processes.
• Work in a team environment.

Educational / Experience Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Jr College or Technical School Preferred
• 0-2 years of work experience

Work Environment:

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
