As a Technician you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal functionality. Your duties may include installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment or machinery.

DUTIES:

• Ability to perform or quickly learn board-swap level troubleshooting and go/no-go testing.
• Document test results and tags items for acceptance or rejection.
• Assembles and installs various electrical or electronic components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, or established operations practices.
• Performs repairs or adjustments on selected products.
• Advises supervisor of test and quality problems.
• May repair products by using a history record of similar problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical certification or vocation training and 1+ years of experience as a technician.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools for repair and maintenance.
• Some knowledge of theory or familiarity with the basic functions of digital multi-meters (DMM) and oscilloscopes is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
