As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate production, delivery, and installation of our signage products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assemble and install ADA-compliant signage according to design specifications and ADA regulations

- Conduct site surveys to determine the appropriate placement and installation method for signage

- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that may arise during production or installation

- Use various tools and equipment such as drills, saws, and laser engravers to complete tasks

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for production and installation

- Ensure all signage meets quality standards and make any necessary adjustments

- Communicate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient project execution

- Keep accurate records of work orders, materials used, and time spent on each project

- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of work

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification is a plus

- Previous experience in a similar role, specifically in signage production and installation

- Strong knowledge of ADA regulations and requirements

- Familiarity with tools and equipment used for signage production and installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work at heights when necessary

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $38,000 to $45,000 per year
