Form of workLynker is seeking a talented Technical Writer for Software Documentation to assist with an interim project. The Technical Writer selected can work fully remote.
Duties of the Technical Writer - Software Documentation will include the Following:
Job Description :
- Create documentation and edit and reformat documentation created by developers to provide a comprehensive body of user documentation for the mobile development framework. An example of the type of documentation and the presentation may be found at: https://www.tator.io/docs .
- Attend development meetings as needed to gather information.
- Provide complete user documentation in a publicly presentable, section 508 compliant format meeting all requirements for publication on NMFS public web site.
- The work is in support of NOAA Fisheries. We are building upon Fish Online, a mobile-first progressive web application (PWA) which works offline for at-sea collection and is currently in use on several hundred vessels successfully.
