The Customer Service Division is seeking a writing professional to develop creative and engaging content on demand for various.
operating areas including job/ desk aids, process reminders, procedural checklists, FAQs, operating procedures, and other
relevant documentation. The ideal professional is proficient in the Microsoft suite, Teams, and Canva, and possesses a toolkit of
modern software applications.

Work location varies, but primarily 730 Broad Street
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-5, but flexible and hybrid schedule may be an option.
General duties include:

•  Meet with business owners and front-line staff
to understand bus in e s s n e eds

•  Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency
in messaging, branding and style .

•  Edit existing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is

consistent with branding and style established

•  Develop standard operating procedure framework

•  Stay up to date on changes to support content development

•  Develop operating procedures, job aids, FAQs, newsletters, and other
relevant content for employee consumption

•  Create and schedule process reminders, distribute process changes and other
time sensitive information in Microsoft Teams for multidivisional channels

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
