Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and upkeep technical documentation, encompassing instruction manuals (e.g., assembly instructions, user manuals, installation manuals).
Collaborate with Senior Technical Writer & Illustrator, subject matter experts, and engineers to collect information and translate technical concepts into easily comprehensible content.
Illustration and Visual Aids:
Generate and modify illustrations and images accompanying written content.
Ensure that illustrations and images effectively convey intricate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Editing and Proofreading:
Review and edit documents for clarity, coherence, and adherence to existing corporate materials.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in terminology and content.
Audience Focus:
Tailor content to various user groups, considering their level of technical expertise.
Ensure documentation is user-centric, easy to understand, and meets the needs of the target audience.
Version Control:
Maintain version control and ensure documentation is up-to-date with product developments and changes.
Compliance:
Ensure technical documentation complies with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and additional marketing/product team members, to gather information and validate content.
Project Management:
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1 year of experience with a College Degree.
1-3 years of experience with an Associate/Technical Degree.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Technical Writing.
5 years of Equivalent Work Experience.
Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and documentation, supported by samples of previous work.
Proficient in the use of technical writing tools and software.
Illustration skills and experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail with editing and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with project management and version control is advantageous.
