The Technical Training & Communications specialist works on various business systems projects using the Microsoft Dynamics or SharePoint platform, providing training to users and preparing various communications for business stakeholders and end users. This position plays a key role in user adoption of system processes and procedures.
Daily activities will focus primarily on Training and Communications activities required to support the development team and users as new functionality is deployed and maintained.

- This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C.
- The salary for the position is $40 - 45/hr.
- It is a fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S. or Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures
- Identifies best practices that support business performance related to efficiency and customer service to drive improvement.
Training Delivery
- Conducts in person and remote training sessions for users
- Schedules ongoing opportunities for Training and knowledge sharing with the user community
Training & Support Content Production
- Prepares training content for classroom training
- Provides subject matter expertise and assists in the preparation for various training content needed to support user community
- Provides input and editing of Training and support content to ensure it aligns to business needs
Communications
- Prepares communications for end user community as part of deployments and ongoing support of business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint
Business Analysis
- Provides subject matter expertise to team with respect to business processes and needs
