As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of VPN connections for remote users
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Technical Support role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments
- Experience providing desktop support in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of VPN setup and configuration
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
