Technical Support Specialist (EPM and CPTS)
The Technical Specialist will provide maintenance of the CPTS/EPM desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal CPTS/EMP helpdesk. Help Desk tech will be responsible for administration and internal support of the CTPS System, Multi-function Devices, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking and performing maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
The contractor will provide support to MA-42 applications to ensure application maintenance and life-cycle support through proactive analysis of customer requirements, applications operations, and the associated infrastructure to support application availability and ensuring all applicable Federal, DOE, and MA requirements are met.
The contractor shall support the MA Cyber Security Team to ensure that the information systems within the MA-42 purview are assessed and authorized in accordance with the requirements of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and DOE requirements including the DOE Risk Management Approach (RMA) Process.
The contractor will understand, utilize, and manage a Windows Enterprise application like NSI Output Manager hosted on a DOE Application Hosted platform to manage over 300 Ricoh MFD’s. The contractor will identify and troubleshoot print queue management issues utilizing a Windows Enterprise application like NSI Output Manager.
The contractor will be able to quickly become an expert Advanced Application User who can answer all questions related to the CPTS Application and its flow of usage for all the system users. The contractor will support Application related operation issues daily and provide solutions to any application issues at the system user level.
