Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently resolve and respond to support tickets and client inquiries via phone and email.
- Proactively assist clients in setting up and maintaining their websites on our proprietary platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including graphic design, web layout adjustments, document conversions (e.g., from Word Document to PDF), and front-end development on internal sites.
Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
