Form of workYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Training of all Production Technicians for three shift operation- Mentor and ensure all team members are properly trained- Assists in developing and maintain training materials to improve processing and troubleshooting skills- Documents all molding/assembly setup and supports recording of downtime- Start-up and shutdown of molding and assembly equipment in accordance with procedures- Changes molds/ assembly equipment to provide consistent part quality, protecting company assets- Prepares molds and/or fixtures for storage at the completion of a production run- Coordinate with Production Management to establish priorities- Develop and sustain start up and shutdown process of all molding and assembly equipment- Accurately maintain all team members timecards according to HR policies, adhering to overtime expectations- Develop and monitor KPIs (OEE, machine uptime/downtime)- Track and maintain digital SMED- Coordinate with tooling and maintenance to continually improve operating efficiency- Notify Manufacturing Supervisor and/or Maintenance of downtime issues- Tag tools/fixtures according to the tool repair and maintenance work order procedure- Troubleshoot process-related concerns while adhering to setup documentation to maintain consistent quality and production requirements and identifies product or process defects in molding and assembly- Implement, coordinate and control cleanliness and the order of the production area/activities (e.g. ensure the 5S Process, implement Production Basics etc.)- Ensure that the machines and equipment are properly used and maintainedEducation: Not IndicatedEmployment Type: Full-Time Regular
