Lantech Communications, LLC is a leading construction and utility installation service provider with the head office located in Chicago, IL. Seeking for the Technical Recruiter (Construction Recruitment Department) to join our incredible HR team! ✨

• Position type: full-time, contract, hybrid.
• Work hours: 8.00 a.m. — 4.00 p.m. or flexible schedule (40 h/wk), Monday through Friday.
• Additional: 7 days of paid vacation + 7 days of paid sick leave.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our splicing and construction teams. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure that our workforce remains skilled, diverse, and capable of delivering exceptional results in our projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, particularly in splicing, construction, cable installation, or related industries.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Integrity and ethical conduct.

Languages:

• English (C1 or higher);
• Spanish (A2 or higher) is desirable, but not required.
