Technical Recruiter

Peoplelink is seeking a Technical Recruiter within the Tampa, FL area to join our TeamSoft team! As a Technical Recruiter you will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients technical staffing needs.

How You'll Do It

You will be expected to utilize and follow the company's operational processes for screening, interviewing, and hiring employees for employment placement.

• Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
• Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.
• Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews.
• Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Negotiate pay and benefits with candidates.
• Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits
• Represent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairs.
• Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Here's what else we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting with Indeed/LinkedIn Recruiter as well as ATS systems
• Strong affinity for business development, including service calls and marketing calls
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal relations
