X Force is seeking a recruiter to assist in finding the top talent for our clients. In the Technical Recruiter role, you'll be doing everything from job posting, reviewing resumes, sourcing and messaging passive candidates, phone screens, and coordination of first-round interviews.

Experience:
- 1 year experience in recruiting
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about helping find talent to build great teams
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals in all levels of the organization and community
- Good communication skills.
- Extreme passion for creating a positive experience for the candidates
- Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing
- Ability to work with and organize candidate information in our database
- Strong decision-making skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
- Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies
Responsibilities
- Work directly with manager to ensure understanding of job specifications, desired qualifications for each position, and team culture
- Continuously and proactively provide status updates with candidates and manager; collect feedback and results from each and use them to further the success of the partnership with recruiting
- Implements and establishes creative ways to get the attention of passive candidates and outreaches continually generate leads for all markets.
- Generate a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for a variety of positions
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process
- Acts as a Boolean logic expert
- Search, screen and submit qualified candidates
- Follow up with contractors and candidates
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates
- Meet weekly metric goals
Education:
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
