As a TechnicalClientRecruiter, you willact as anadvisor to both new and existing candidatesthroughinsight on market intelligence and compensation expectations. This career will enable you to be creative, resourceful, and innovative as youdevelop a networkof technology professionals.With the high autonomy and visibilityof this role, you will make meaningful decisions in engagingand guidingnew candidates.This role will work in concert with Account Managers and other researchers daily to build high performing across various financial/technology verticals.
Requirements:
***Immediate
4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university
This is a full-time position (M-F)
Must be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to learning the business, with a high level of energy and positivity for success
Ideal candidate will be focused, caring, empathetic, enthusiastic and ambitious to work well in a close-knit team environment.
Excellent communication, superb customer service or client-facing skills is necessary.
