Complete full desk recruitment process, from identification of qualified candidates, pre screening, submission, coordinating interviews, background checks, pay negotiation, offer sign up, and onboarding process. Will receive training and guidance from senior recruiter/account manager. Daily review of requirements, posting on Job tools, and submission of candidates to the client specific portals and follow up to coordinate selection and onboarding. Identifies and submits qualified candidates on a timely basis. Tasks include ; search for candidates, networking, internet recruiting, cold calls, Contacts applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Utilize Job Portals and social recruitment tools. Screen and coordinate with externall recruiting suppliers. Experience: 1+ years IT recruiting experience 1+ years in similar role working with customers. Education : Bachelors Degree must. Masters Degree preferred
