JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Technical PM (TMO DRE)
Type: Project Employee Salaried, Exempt, 40 hours weekly based, no overtime.
Work Location: Remote (USA / Mexico)
Preferred delivery location is Mexico or Latin America. Services must be delivered during business hours in US Central Time zone.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- PMP Certified
- Telecom Domain PM Experience (A must, Recent Telecom PM experience)
- Project Management / Delivery Experience in Telecom / Operator Environment
- Project Manager shall perform project management services to support Care and Delivery projects. Such work will include:
- Creating and maintaining the program schedule
- Tracking project issues through resolution via the action item register
- Coordinating Customer lab entry and exit
- Coordinating the customer lab entry and exit
- Coordinating the FOA entry and exit
- Coordinating the production sites entry and exit
- Managing project scope
- Managing project cost/budget
- PM shall perform Program Management Services following Customer processes as determined and communicated by Customer using the Project Management and Analytics Tool (PMAT).
- PM will facilitate face to face meetings with the Customer customer.
- PMP certification highly desirable; process oriented; and with experience leading multi-cultural teams over different locations and time zones.
Tasks and Deliverables
Program Schedule Creation and Update
Supplier shall create, update, and maintain the program schedule in Microsoft Project and Excel swim-lanes:
• Create the schedule with input from all Customer delivery teams and the customer
• Baseline the schedule based on agreement from all Customer delivery teams with agreement from the customer
• Update the schedule as needed based on task completion and date modifications
• Supplier shall upload deliverables directly to the PMAT tool which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting deliverables for Project Schedule Creation workpackage and Project Schedule Update workpackage.
6.3 and 6.4 Program Action Item Tracking and Issue Resolution
Supplier shall create, update, and maintain the program Action Item (AI) Register:
• Create an action item register, ensure owners are assigned to each action item
• Track all action items through resolution and escalate any issues as needed
• Supplier shall upload deliverables directly to the PMAT tool which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting deliverables for Action Item Register Creation workpackage and Action Item Register Update workpackage
6.5 and 6.6 Customer and Customer Lab Entry and Exit
Supplier shall coordinate all activities for Customer and Customer lab entry and exit:
• Coordinate all equipment ordering
• Track shipment of equipment to the Customer and to the customer lab
• Ensure receipt of all equipment at the Customer and at the customer lab
• Coordinate installation, integration and testing of the equipment in the Customer and in the customer lab
• Coordinate all equipment shipment from the labs to the customer lab or Customer FOA/Production site
• Supplier shall upload deliverables directly to the PMAT tool which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting deliverables for this work package.
6.7 and 6.8 Customer First Software Drop Rollout and Customer Production Sites Entry and Exit
Supplier shall coordinate all activities for customer FOA and customer production sites entry and exit:
• Coordinate all equipment ordering
• Track shipment of equipment to the customer FOA site and to the customer production sites
• Ensure receipt of all equipment at the customer FOA site and to the customer production sites
• Coordinate installation, integration and testing of the equipment in the customer FOA site and to the customer production sites
• Track test completion status to ensure successful exit for the customer first software drop rollout and to the customer production sites
• Supplier shall upload deliverables directly to the PMAT tool which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting deliverables for this work package.
6.9 Customer and Customer internal coordination
Supplier shall coordinate all activities with Customer and with Customer internal organizations:
• Coordinate meetings schedule, participants, agenda, and meeting minutes
• Arrange for Maintenance Windows scheduling and required authorizations
• Coordinate with engineering team for resource allocation
• Coordinate lab utilization and configuration
• Arrange for software licensing
• Supplier shall upload deliverables directly to the PMAT tool which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting deliverables for this work package
6.10 Consulting
Supplier shall provide PM consulting activities as needed. Examples include, but are not limited to:
• Custom requests needed to support the program management activities
• Process updates
• Presentations
• Managing project scope
• Managing project cost/budget
• Provide summary report covering each of the deliverables related to Consulting work package which will be used as the basis for evaluating and accepting this work package
